About Mandi

Mandi Bedbury is a Performing Artist, Creative Business Consultant and Project Manager who thrives in the world of storytelling— on stage, on screen, or behind the scenes. With a background in improv, she brings characters to life through performance, and crafts compelling narratives as a new filmmaker and writer.
She is currently the Executive Director for Stage Your Change, which offers workshops, acting labs, and creative development. She's currently performing Improv with Rusty Nails, Ask an Astrophysicist, and the Improvised Movement Project.
As an advocate for the arts, she serves on the Minneapolis Arts Commission and (newly appointed) Board of the Minnesota Women in Film & Television (MNWIFT). Separately she is in development of a low-cost rehearsal space in downtown Minneapolis to support local filmmakers, playwrights, and performers. Through this initiative, she aims to create more opportunities for artists to experiment, collaborate, and share their work.
Whether she’s project managing, improvising in front of an audience, working on creative projects or creative business consulting, Mandi is passionate about storytelling as a way to inspire, challenge, and bring people together.
